# End User Agreement (Terms of Service)

* May delay or cancel transactions for security, compliance, or risk reasons

## 8. Fees and Pricing
* Fees and exchange rates are displayed at the time of the transaction.

By using the Service, you agree to receive transactional communications, including:
* One-time passcodes (OTP)
* Account-related notifications
These messages:
* Are **not marketing messages**
* Are sent only in response to user actions
* May incur standard carrier charges

The Provider may:

* Delay, block, or cancel transactions

All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by the Provider are owned by or licensed to the Provider.
